Why am I only being charged 50% of my items? 

Most items require a deposit of 50% at time of booking (Pay now). And the remaining 50%(Pay Later) is due at a minimum 10 days prior to scheduled event.

What if my event is cancelled?

If for any reason you decide you do not need the items that have been booked, as long as it is more than 10 calendar Days away from timestamp of emailed request, 50% of your deposit will be refunded from the account it was originally credited. Any request for cancellation less than 10 days prior to event will be charged the full deposit amount for each item and no refunds will be issued. We hope you understand this policy is to ensure the safety of our business and our obligations to our customers. 

Instead of cancelling my event , can I reschedule?

Of course! however rescheduling options will be at the availability of items booked. We will work to reschedule your items to the best of our ability at no cost to you if we are able to do so. Any Event rescheduled within a 30 Day window (example: event was moved to the following Saturday due to rain) will be assessed a 15% reschedule fee. 

Items that are not able to be rescheduled will only be refunded 50% of initial item deposit. This does not apply to cancelled events, only to events that are successfully rescheduled. 

How do I make special request on my items rented?

Each item has the ability for you the customer to leave a request. Enter any special information you want us to know ! (Example: "passcode for gate is 123", "call before delivery", "When you arrive, call me", "i want the blue one if possible")
